ED Scribe AI is continuously improving behind the scenes, but it does not use any patient data for this purpose.

Who is your program intended for?

Our program is designed for individual healthcare providers, but it can also be adopted organization-wide for better provider satisfaction and efficiency.

Does the program integrate with EHR?

You can easily access and manage your transcriptions on our webpage, and with the click of a button, the files can be quickly pasted anywhere in any EHR!

Does this program work with languages other than English?

While our service can transcribe other languages, the precision may not be as high as with English. We encourage you to try this feature with a free trial.

Can this program be used without internet access?

ED Scribe AI is designed to perform  with intermittent internet connectivity. For initial sign-in and chart updates, an internet connection is necessary. However, in scenarios of unstable internet access, you can continue transcribing recordings throughout your shift. In case your connection gets interrupted, simply use the retry button next to each transcription as soon as you regain internet access and the scribe will then update the chart.

What makes ED Scribe AI economically revolutionary?

Our system relies on the known practice that you as a provider always review each chart for accuracy regardless of how well it was prepared. By eliminating the need for a human scribe and focusing on provider-led review, we are able to significantly reduce costs compared to traditional scribe services.

Who has access to my patient data?

Only the provider forming this information has access to the transcriptions and chart. The data is not shared, used, or stored except for temporary secured private usage during your shift. 

How long does it take to get up and running?

The application is immediately available for use after sign-up. However, as with any new charting method, it may take some time to reach maximum efficiency.

Can I use custom templates?

The custom template functionality is under development and will be available in an upcoming update.

How long does it take to finish a note after recording?

Typically, the transcription is ready by the time you walk from the patient's room back to your computer. Our service is designed for fast processing times to minimize disruption to your workflow.

How well does this scribe service work?

We encourage you to try out our service! It might take a short time to get accustomed to it, but we believe it can greatly assist in note-taking during ED interactions.
